Stellite alloy valve sleeves are widely used in the field of petroleum drilling. The working environment and conditions of the petroleum drilling industry are extremely harsh. Specifically, water, various gases, wax, sand and other highly corrosive substances are usually present in sand-producing wells, heavy oil wells and high-pressure anti-condensate gas wells. Oil well pumps are required to extract oil from formations hundreds or even thousands of meters deep, which imposes stringent requirements on their components for excellent sealing performance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
