Stellite Alloy Powder (Welding Powder)

Product Details Our company adopts the gas atomization process to produce various types of Stellite alloy welding powder. The welding powder is deposited on the surface of wear-resistant components such as high-temperature and high-pressure valves, engine valves, and internal combustion engine intake and exhaust valves via plasma spraying, laser spraying and high-velocity oxy-fuel spraying processes, so as to enhance the wear resistance of the materials.

Stellite alloy welding powder is mainly coated on the surfaces of high-temperature and high-pressure valves, valve seat rings, engine valves, internal combustion engine intake and exhaust valves, turbine blades, bearings and other components via thermal spraying, laser deposition and other methods to improve the wear resistance of these parts.
