Tungsten granule flux is a crystalline tungsten particle widely used for testing the carbon and sulfur content of metal and non-metallic materials, and for fluxing during combustion and volatilization.

Tungsten granule flux is used in high-frequency carbon and sulfur analyzers to analyze the carbon and sulfur content within materials. We offer tungsten granules with carbon content ≤ 8ppm and sulfur content ≤ 7ppm in sizes: 14-20 mesh, 20-40 mesh, and 40-60 mesh.

 

Tungsten Powder for Flux-Cored Welding Wire

Tungsten powder for flux-cored welding wire is a crystalline tungsten particle widely used in flux-cored welding wire to achieve high hardness and wear resistance.

Flux-cored welding wire is a type of welding wire in which flux is placed inside a stainless steel tube and is often used in corrosive environments.

Common filler tungsten powders range from 80-200 mesh and can be sieved to meet customer requirements.

 

Plasma Sprayed Tungsten Powder

Plasma sprayed tungsten powder is a crystalline form of tungsten particles widely used in the preparation of tungsten targets for coating. The target material is low-cost, and the target substrate is reusable.

Plasma spraying is a surface strengthening and modification technology that can impart wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature oxidation resistance, electrical insulation, thermal insulation, radiation protection, friction reduction, and sealing properties to the substrate surface.

Tungsten powder for spraying is 180-325 mesh and can be sieved to meet customer process requirements.

 

Tungsten Powder for Perforating Bullets

Tungsten powder for perforating bullets is a crystalline form of tungsten particles primarily used in the preparation of perforating bullets, leveraging the high density of tungsten to generate high kinetic energy during the blast.

Perforating bullets are commonly used in oil and mineral exploration. Tungsten powder is added to the bullet’s filler to achieve superior perforation performance, leveraging its high density.

Tungsten powder is 300-500 mesh and can be sieved to meet customer process requirements.

 

3D Printing Tungsten Powder

3D printing tungsten powder is a crystalline form of tungsten particles used to produce spherical 3D printing tungsten powder. Spherical tungsten powder is produced through high-temperature ion impact in an ion device and is used in the production of high-end, cutting-edge tungsten components.

We offer customers 3D printing tungsten powder with a mesh size of -500 (under 25 microns), as well as non-spherical and spherical tungsten powders.
