Tungsten-based high-density alloys are composed of tungsten as a matrix with small amounts of alloying elements such as nickel, iron, and copper. They feature high and adjustable density (~18.5 g/cm³), strong high-energy radiation absorption (1/3 higher than lead’s radiation absorption coefficient), low thermal expansion coefficient (4-6 × 10⁻⁶/°C), good plasticity, high strength and elastic modulus, and machinability and weldability.
Formulários
Widely used in radiation shielding and protective materials, counterweights, inertia materials, dynamic balancing materials, kinetic energy materials, high-temperature molds, anvils, and more.
Product Specifications
We can produce sheets, bars, tubes, and custom-made complex shaped parts. We can customize tungsten alloy products to meet your specific application needs.
